Training May 19th – 25th

Walked 5 days for a total of 8 Hours. Push-ups, Chin-ups, Planks and Squats.

Another great week of training. I had put on an extra seven pounds this year. Now the extra isĀ  gone plus a little more. Legs feel rested. Continue my taper this next week. Excited to return to the U.S. Centurion qualifier at Minneapolis.
